- Service is provided for problems occurred from normal use but does not cover problems arising from product defect
- Service area
- Bangkok and suburban area: service is provided to anywhere with home telephone number starts with 02. If your home is out of these areas, we will charge Bt10 per kilometer
- In other provinces, please check with the nearest branch
- Appointment should be made one day in advance. Please also provide all important information including type and number of products that need our service. Only for water pump and tank, please make appointment at least two days in advance and please do not fill the tank during the time.
- Please provide enough space, about 2-3 square meters, for our technicians to work. Our service will cover within three meters above ground.
- Service warranty
- Within 30 days after the service date
- If the product has any problem within the warranty period and the problem is caused by our service, the company will fix it within 48 hours after being informed.
