Is Price and Promotion in www.homepro.co.th same with those in the store?

Price and Promotion in www.homepro.co.th and 'Homepro store' can be different due to special campaigns and promotions which could be available on specific channel. Please check product price again at Homepro store near you.

Does HomeCard Member get point collection for online purchase?

For online purchases can applicable for point collection as follows.
  1. Register new account
    • Please ensure that you register with home card for an account prior to making your purchase. Also, an email will be sent to the registered email address for online account activation.
  2. Sign in with account
    • Please ensure that you sign in then manage your account and edit your home card prior to making your purchase

Can I use International Credit card to shop in www.homepro.co.th?

All Credit Cards issued by VISA / MASTER CARD / JCB are accepted. Please select card issuer that matched to your card while checking out.

How can I know about additional charge for installation or other services?
A
In Check out page, you can notice a text next to a product, it will state that each product is including installation service fee or not. For products which are not include installation service, you will be requested to make a payment for those fee again.
There is a Homepro Installation Standard on equipment and materials use to do installation, in case of extra equipment or materials are needed, you will be requested to pay an extra cost depended on installed spot.
In the event that the assistant is physically needed on scene for customer, the additional fee shall be at 300 baht per person or in case of the tile /ceramic product that are required to be lifted the upstairs to higher floor, there will be additional fee at 300 baht per floor.

What are available delivery method for shopping online?
A
There are three types of delivery method:
  1. Standard Delivery: We will deliver purchased items to you only, there will be no installation services
  2. Delivery & Installation: We will do an installation for an applicable product at your site. Please study our Installation Standard
  3. Priority Delivery: For applicable products (weight not exceed 20 Kilograms), we will deliver purchased items through the Third-Party Logistics. You should get your shipment(s) within 3 business days. This delivery mode might cost you extra charge.

How long does it take to get my shipment?
A
Normally we can deliver shipment(s) to you within 3-14 days, except Made-To-Order items or stated otherwise. You can notice an expected delivery time stated next to item purchasing while you are checking out.
In case of installation service is needed, we might delivery purchased items to you before our technicians can follow to do an installation in a next day

How do you calculate a shipping fee?
A
For Homepro Standard Delivery and Installation, we will calculate shipping charge per order by using a distance from your delivery address to our nearest store. Shipping charge is starting at THB300 for first 30KM then THB15/KM for next 31st -100th KM. If distance is more than 100KM, Lump sum amount will be charged.
For Priority Delivery, Shipping fee will be calculated based on shipment weight and destination, it will be starting from THB240. In case of delivery during holiday, there will be an extra THB100 per time
However, we are offering THB300 discount on shipping charge when you purchase online more than THB1,000 with Standard and Installation delivery mode. (Apply for online purchase only)

How can I change a completed order?
A
After a completion of purchase order, you cannot change any detail of order by yourself, please contact our customer support by email shoponline@homepro.co.th or contact our call center at 1284 (everyday at 08.00 a.m. - 09.00 p.m.)
In case of changing name, delivery address or invoice address, please contact us at least 3 days prior to delivery date.

How can I track my order status?
A
Upon the completion of an order and successful payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. You can review the status of any order you have placed at www.homepro.co.th simply by clicking the My account link at the top of every page. From there, you will be able to view your order status about shipping process.

How can Homepro Online know that the payment is completed?
A
When payment was made via online channel, our payment gateway will automatically notice us after payment was made successfully.
When payment was made at Homepro, Store staff will notify an online channel by themselves after payment was made successfully.

Can products be delivered outside Thailand?
A
For now, we can only deliver within Thailand. For further inquiries, please contact: shoponline@homepro.co.th
We can deliver within Thailand except, 3 southern provinces (Yala, Pattani, Narathivas) and isolated islands. For island, the product shall be delivered to nearest port (mainland side) of that island.

How can I do when there is something go wrong on my shopping?

In case of product misplaced, or delivery processes, installation processes, please contact Homepro Call Center 1284 (everyday at 08.00 a.m. - 09.00 p.m.)
In case of Product Usage enquiries, please contact directly to manufacturer (contact can be found in product manual or warranty card)
