  • We always do our best to deliver the order to you on your requested date. Customer might receive more than one delivery for a single order due to the fact that our products are stored in different locations. Thus, we have to use multiple delivery team or third party logistic providers such as Kerry and ThaiPost in order to meet promised timeline. Normally, your order will be delivered within 2-14 working days depending on product availability. Estimated delivery date will be showed on check out page (payment page)."

    We will make a phone call or send you SMS to you 1-3 days prior to the shipment date, please accept our call to confirm the delivery. Or else we will not be able to deliver to you on time.

    For Homepro Standard Delivery and Installation, we will calculate shipping charge per order by using a distance from your delivery address to our nearest store. Shipping charge is starting at THB300 for first 30KM then THB15/KM for next 31st -100th KM. If distance is more than 100KM, Lump sum amount will be charged.

    For Priority Delivery, Shipping fee will be calculated based on shipment weight and destination, it will be starting from THB240. In case of delivery during holiday, there will be an extra THB500 per package.

    However, we are offering THB300 discount on shipping charge when you purchase online more than THB3,000 with Standard and Installation delivery mode. (Apply for online purchase only)

  • Upon the completion of an order and successful payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. You can simply review the status of any order you have placed at www.homepro.co.th by clicking the My Account link at the top of every page. From there, you will be able to view or print your order status or even make a repeat order.
