Terms & Conditions
1. Eligible products for discounted exchanges do not need to be of the same type. However, they must be products listed within the category of the small appliances

• Irons & Steamers (Dry irons, Steam-pressured irons, Steam irons, Portable irons)
• Vacuums & Cleaners (Box - type vacuum cleaners, Hand held vacuum cleaners, Cordless vacuum cleaners, Robot vacuum cleaners)
• Microwave Convections
• Ovens
• Blenders & Juicers
• Rice Cookers
• Air Purifiers
• Fry Pots
• Coffee & Tea Makers (Capsule coffee makers, Pressured coffee makers, Automatic coffee makers, Coffee grinders, Coffee drip machines)
• Beauty tools (Hair plucking machine, Hair dryer, Hair straighterner, Skin cleaning machine, Oral irrigator, Electric brush comb, Hair curling iron)
• Fans (Ceiling fans, Orbital fans, Wall fans, Stand fans, Table fans, Slide fans, Steam fans, Industrial fans)

2. The products eligible for trade-in for discounts must be electric-operated and must have 150 watts or above.
3. The products used for the trade-in must have all original components, both internal and external, regardless of their functional state.
4. HomePro will provide a discount in the form of a HomePro Wallet equivalent to the discount value received. This will be issued once HomePro successfully delivers the new product, and the customer delivers the old product to any HomePro branch within 30 days from the purchase date.
  4.1. Customers can bring old items to HomePro to receive a HomePro Wallet at any HomePro or Mega Home branch nationwide.

• Kamphaeng Saen Branch
• Cha-am Branch
• Khanom Branch

  4.2. The company reserves the right to cancel the HomePro Wallet exchange privilege for customers who fail to deliver old items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  4.3. The Trade-in for a Better Life campaign, the company reserves the right to deny the return of old products after they have been handed over. The products will be properly processed and recycled to create Circular Products.
  4.4. We reserve the right not to grant a discount in the form of a HomePro Wallet if the type of product delivered does not match the type of product specified by the customer.
