HomeCard Membership Terms and Conditions
Home Product Center Public Company Limited ("The Company") welcomes you to the HomeCard family.
To ensure you receive the maximum benefits from your membership, please read and understand the following Terms and Conditions.
Membership Enrollment & Status
1. Application Channels & Digital Card Policy
  • Application Channels: You can apply for membership via the HomeCard Application, LINE (@HomePro), our website at www.homepro.co.th, or at Customer Service counters at any HomePro and MegaHome branch.
  • Digital Card Policy: To support environmental sustainability and enhance convenience, the Company does not issue physical plastic cards. Members can check their status, point balance, and redeem privileges via the HomeCard Application or by providing their telephone number/Thai National ID number for verification at the point of service.
2. Validity & Account Maintenance
  • Auto-Renewal: Membership status is automatically renewed if there is at least one transaction within a 1-year period or if there are remaining points in the system.
  • Dormant Account Policy: For new memberships, if no transaction is made within 6 months from the application date and there is no point balance, the Company reserves the right to terminate the membership status without prior notice.
Points Structure & Validity
To clarify usage, points are categorized into two types:

Membership Tiers & Upgrade
1. HomeCard (General)
  • Applicable to new members or members with 0 – 8,333 QF Points accumulated per calendar year.
2. HomeCard Prestige
  • Qualification: Exclusive privileges for members who accumulate 8,334 QF Points or more within one calendar year.
  • Status Adjustment: Upon meeting the criteria, the membership status will be upgraded to "Prestige" effective January 1st of the following year.
  • Status Maintenance: Prestige status is valid for 1 year. Renewal is based on the accumulated QF Points as of December 31st. If the points do not meet the criteria, the status will revert to the General HomeCard tier in the following year.
  • Exclusions: The Company reserves the right to exclude the following customer groups from Prestige status upgrades: Wholesalers, B2B Members, VIP/VVIP/Board groups, Contractors, Home Builders, and other business groups as declared by the Company.
