2. Products eligible for trade-in discounts must be electric or gas-operated, and can be either cord or cordless (manual-operated tools are not eligible for trade-in discounts).
3. The products trade-in for discounts are not required to include batteries, battery chargers, or cords.
4. HomePro will provide a discount in the form of a HomePro Wallet equivalent to the discount value received. This will be issued once HomePro successfully delivers the new product, and the customer delivers the old product to any HomePro branch within 30 days from the purchase date.
5. Customers can bring old items to HomePro to receive a HomePro Wallet at any HomePro or Mega Home branch nationwide.

7. The Trade-in for a Better Life campaign, the company reserves the right to deny the return of old products after they have been handed over. The products will be properly processed and recycled to create Circular Products.
