2. The old Basins must have all their parts and components intact, just like the original product.
3. Trade-in item main structure must be made of ceramic only.
4. We reserve the right to cancel the sale of products if the type of product delivered does not match the type of product notified by the customer.
Remarks
- Free removing old products (Wall hung, Above Countertop, and Pedestal basins) when customer purchases optional installation service from the HomePro.
- In case of product purchasing without optional installation service purchasing. Customer must be prepared the product to be lift-ready at installation facility.
