    • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
    • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
    • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  4. In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
  5. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
  6. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.

  3. The company reserves the right to guarantee in the following cases:
    • The customer hires an external person to service or repair the company's work.
    • The customer hires or allows the company's technicians to work without paying the service fee through the company.
    • Improper use/maintenance, accidents, or expired equipment/spare parts.
  4. In the case of excess equipment purchased by the customer, an installation fee of 50% of the equipment price will be charged.
  5. The service is complete when the customer or customer representative signs the work acceptance form. Any changes will incur additional service fees.
  6. Customers are responsible for providing security deposits, water and electricity fees, parking fees, and obtaining permission to work with the juristic person.
