Cautions
In case of incorrect shades, series and size, please return the product to the Homepro store where it is purchased as soon as possible. - Remove and dispose of the existing tiles or finishes. Level the floor or surface (not exceeding 5 cm.), lay tiles, grout floor, and remove the excess afterwards.
- Before performing tile installtion for an area of more than 10 sq.m, tile laying for repeating patterns, or bathroom tile installation, the area inspection must be carried out first.
- Service fee rate for an area not exceeding 1 sq.m is considered as the same rate of 1 sq.m.
- In case of additional standard equipment is given for free along with product and used for installation according to actual number of use and area, there is no labor fee charge.
- The company reserves the right to hand over unused tools, equipment, or items. Please note that unused items cannot be exchanged for cash or discount.
- Please read the product information and understand on-site installation procedure before making a purchase.
- The site must not be under maintenance. Please have the products prepared and ready for installation.
- In case the tile installation areas have high moisture and a high risk of leakage, such as balconies, bathrooms on second floor and above, or areas next to a bathroom, waterproof sealant application is recommended.
- Utilities expense, parking fee, inquiry of permits, and security deposit/damage deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer prior to installation.
- Please make a postponement for 2 days in advance before the scheduled date. In case the service cannot be provided due to inoperable work area or postponement without advanced notice, 300 baht/ job would be additionally charged as transportation cost.
- 180-Day warranty is included. Warranty commences from the completion date of installation service.
