- The small appliances eligible for trade-in for discounts must be electric-operated and must have 150 watts or above.
- The products used for the trade-in do not need to have battery.
- In case the product has a battery inside, the customer must remove it before handing it over to HomePro.
- In case of Speaker set the customer must be handed over all of them to HomePro.
- In case of Portable speaker (Bluetooth) it must have at least 10 watts or one of height, width, length at least 20 cm.
- In case of Food Waste Disposer, the product must not be taller than 70 cm.
- Weighting Scales made primarily of tempered glass cannot be exchanged for a discount.
- The products used for the trade-in must have all original components, both internal and external, regardless of their functional state.
- For customers purchasing products online, HomePro will provide a discount in the form of a HomePro Wallet credit equivalent to the discount value. This credit will be issued when customers deliver their old items to a HomePro branch within 30 days from the purchase date.

Customers can deliver old items to HomePro to receive HomePro Wallet credit at any HomePro or Mega Home branch nationwide.
Exceptions:- Koh Lanta Branch
- The company reserves the right to cancel the HomePro Wallet exchange privilege for customers who fail to deliver old items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The Trade-in for a Better Life campaign, the company reserves the right to deny the return of old products after they have been handed over. The products will be properly processed and recycled to create Circular Products.
- We reserve the right not to grant a discount in the form of a HomePro Wallet if the type of product delivered does not match the conditions.
