It is easy to wipe and clean, resistant to scrubbing, does not peel or flake, does not accumulate moisture, and is free from lead and mercury. It has excellent resistance to the sun and rain of tropical climates, as well as resistance to alkali stains in cement. It is also resistant to fungus and algae, making it suitable for decorating plastered surfaces, flat tiles, concrete, or other surfaces with similar characteristics.
Properties
100% high-quality acrylic emulsion paint, durable in all weather conditions, up to 4 times more durable than ordinary paints. Semi-gloss finish film with strong adhesion helps prevent mold and algae growth. Resists water stains, oil, and dust without leaving marks on the wall; easy to wipe and clean. Reflects more than 95% of heat, helping to reduce surface temperature by up to 12%. Paint technology free from mercury and lead, meeting industrial standards.
Product Usage
The surface should be dry and free from dust and grease prior to application. After the first coat, leave 2 hours prior to application of the second coat.
Product Tips
Please read the instructions carefully. Application of primer is required for better paint adhesion.
Cautions
Do not modify or misuse the product. Do not use any acidic-alkaline agents to clean the product. Keep in a dry place and out of reach of children. Keep away from all sources of heat and flame. Do not inhale or consume the product. The paint must be used up once opened. Do not expose to sunlight as it may cause the paint to solidify. In case of direct skin contact, immediately rinse with plenty of clean water to prevent skin irritation. |
