Porcelain tile is fired with hight temperature for durability and excellent weight bearing Comes with a rough surface with beautiful stone pattern in natural color and withstands sunlight and temperature Guarantees less than 3 shade variations and ensures consistency sizing of tiles less than 1% Free from mold and comes with an approximate water absorption rate of 0.5% Ideal for exterior floor installations such as pathways, parking lots, etc.

For exterior floor applications Leave 0.5-1cm space between each tile for grouting
Product Tips
It is recommended to purchase additionally 5-10% of the total usage amount for future renovation. Please note that tiles naturally vary in color and appearance from batch to batch. To ensure all of your tiles are from the same batch, it is best to place a full order at the same time. Different order may get tiles from different batch
Cautions
In case of incorrect shades, series and size, please return the product to the HomePro store where it is purchased as soon as possible. For non-coated tiles, let the grout dry completely before using hydrochloric acid to clean any left-out cement (the concentration of formula must not exceed 20%) For coated tiles, wipe clean with a dry cloth after the grout is completely dry. Use hydrochloric acid (the concentration of formula must not exceed 20%) to clean any left-out cement and rinse with water. Prepare the application surface properly prior to installation. Lay tile according to the indicated instructions or your space. Mix tile adhesive and lay tiles properly. Do not soak tiles prior to tile application as they offer low water absorption. Fill the tile joints with grout and spared it all over the application area after the adhesive is completely dry. Use a sponge to clean the tile in order to prevent dirt. The company shall not be responsible under any circumstances from not following the provided instructions and warnings. |

- Remove and dispose of the existing tiles or finishes. Level the floor or surface (not exceeding 5 cm.), lay tiles, grout floor, and remove the excess afterwards.
- Before performing tile installtion for an area of more than 10 sq.m, tile laying for repeating patterns, or bathroom tile installation, the area inspection must be carried out first.
- Service fee rate for an area not exceeding 1 sq.m is considered as the same rate of 1 sq.m.
- In case of additional standard equipment is given for free along with product and used for installation according to actual number of use and area, there is no labor fee charge.
- The company reserves the right to hand over unused tools, equipment, or items. Please note that unused items cannot be exchanged for cash or discount.
- Please read the product information and understand on-site installation procedure before making a purchase.
- The site must not be under maintenance. Please have the products prepared and ready for installation.
- In case the tile installation areas have high moisture and a high risk of leakage, such as balconies, bathrooms on second floor and above, or areas next to a bathroom, waterproof sealant application is recommended.
- Utilities expense, parking fee, inquiry of permits, and security deposit/damage deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer prior to installation.
- Please make a postponement for 2 days in advance before the scheduled date. In case the service cannot be provided due to inoperable work area or postponement without advanced notice, 300 baht/ job would be additionally charged as transportation cost.
- 180-Day warranty is included. Warranty commences from the completion date of installation service.
- he company reserves the right to reject return/exchange/refund for the products/items that have been already installed, deteriorate due to usage, or are contained in a teared package.
- The company shall be responsible for only the liability coverage of the actual damages incurred but limited to the twice of the specific service fee.
