• Please kindly ensure that all information regarding the product and installation terms are well comprehended.
• Installation site or area must not be under renovation. The product and electrical system shall be provided and well prepared prior to installation service.
• In case of special product series or models that require specific installation procedure, installation possibility shall be determined on sight.
• Installation spot or surface shall be carefully considered and estimated in accordance with the product's size, weight, and function.
• Installation cannot be provided on these following surfaces: glass blocks, glasses, metals, wooden furniture, stones, precast concrete, and any built-ins.
• In case the height between the ground/floor surface and the product exceeds 3 meters, scaffolding must be provided by the customer or else an additional charge of scaffolding will be applied. Please kindly refer to the excess equipment price list in the table below.
• Ceiling repair or paint touch up is not included. Please kindly refer to the excess equipment price list in the table below.
• Utilities expense, parking fee, inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
• Any person or individual who is present at the site and able to provide information or make decisions regarding the service shall be held fully authorized and as equivalent to the service hirer.
• In case of postponement, please inform at least 2 days in advanced prior to the service date. A transportation cost of 300 Baht/ job will be additionally charged if the customer fails to do so.

• Any equipment, tools, or items included or given along with the purchased product and actually utilized in installation procedures shall be implemented free of charge.
• The company reserves the right to hand over unused tools, equipment, or items. Please note that unused items cannot be exchanged for cash or discount.

• 180-Day installation warranty is included. Warranty commences from the date of installation service.
• Any product or item with torn or spoiled packaging, wears, marks, or has already been installed are ineligible for return.
• The company shall be responsible for only the liability coverage of the actual damages incurred but limited to the twice of the service fee according to HOMEPRO’s standards.
• Warranty does not cover any damages incurred from on-site factors such as structural subsidence, structural weakness or failure caused by modification, renovation, or addition, etc.
• The company will not be responsible or liable for damages or liability according to the following
  • - Misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or product deteriorating sooner than it's deemed
  • - Customer hires a third party to install, fix, alter, or modify the works of the company. The warranty shall be void immediately.
  • - Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
