3. Trade-in item it must have a capacity 3 - 150 liter or width not exceeding 59 cm and a height not exceeding 78 cm
4. The bin eligible for trade-in for discounts must be internal bin only.

7. Trade-in item must be in complete condition and not damaged to the extent that its category cannot be identified.
8. In case mop, the customer must remove the mop cloth before handing it over to HomePro.
9. HomePro will provide a discount in the form of a HomePro Wallet credit equivalent to the discount value. This credit will be issued when customers deliver their old items to a HomePro branch within 30 days from the purchase date
10. Customers can deliver old items to HomePro to receive HomePro Wallet credit at any HomePro or Mega Home branch nationwide.
Exceptions: • Koh Lanta Branch 11. The company reserves the right to cancel the HomePro Wallet exchange privilege for customers who fail to deliver old items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
12. We reserve the right to cancel the sale of products if the type of product delivered does not match the type of product notified by the customer at the point of sale.
