Properties
Excellent fast setting tile adhesive Easy to use, quickly dry and ready for impact within 6 to 8 hours Great for large size of tile with extra bonding and vibration resistance. Possible to apply on various substrades including ceramic tile, structural plywood and fiber cement For both wall and floor tile such as marble, granite, natural stone, resin and glass tile. Certified USA Standard fast setting tile adhesive: ANSI A 118.1, A 118.4 and LEED Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
Product Usage
Spread mortar with flat side of trowel to key-in substrate, and then apply additional mortar to ensure that it cover 100% at the back of tile. After placing tile on the prepared surface, slide it orthogonally to the notched lines and tap in order to maximize bonding.
Product Tips
For the best result, choose the proper type of adhesive to suit each type of tiles All surfaces on which tile is to be set must be dry, structurally sound, free of all grease, oil, dirt, dust, curing compounds, sealers, coating, efflorescence, old adhesive residues, gypsum based underlayment and any other foreign matter.
Cautions
A minimum cure is obtained in 24 hours, depending on ambient temperatures. May be harmful to eyes, skin, or lungs. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice. |
