If you are looking to have your old or broken urinal removed or the new one installed, we would proudly like to introduce you high-standard installation service from HomePro. The service will be performed by our teams of expert technicians with criminal records carefully checked who have been certified for their special skills and knowledge.

Service Procedures

  1. Inspect and recommend the areas or positions of installation
  2. Remove the old toilet bowl/ urinal/ washbasin
  3. Install the new toilet bowl/ urinal/ washbasin/ bidet sprayer to the existing water connection
  4. Recheck and run the test after installation
  5. Hand over the completed work to the customer along with providing suggestions and guidelines.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances
    • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
    • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
    • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  4. In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
  5. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or individual on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
  6. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
