Product Tips
The pattern may differ from each other due to the production. Purchase additionally 5-10% from the total usage amount for future renovation. Please note that tiles naturally vary in shade, color, size and appearance from batch to batch. It is important to buy all you need at one time. Different orders may get tiles from different batches.
Cautions
In case of incorrect shades, series and size, please return the product to the Homepro store where it is purchased as soon as possible. Always make sure that the surface is even and flat, if not then surface leveling will be required. Allow the leveled surface to dry at least 3-4 weeks before installation. The lower surface should be covered with plastic sheets. Mix the mortar with waterproof liquid to grout in order to prevent dampness and humidity. Leave 3-5 mm. between each tile and the tiles should be laid into the same direction. Do not use any acidic-alkaline or brackish water to mix with mortar. Only use clean water. The company shall not be responsible under any circumstances for damages from not following the stated instructions. Do not paint, write or mark anything on tile with permanent marker. Do not lay as 1/2. |

- Remove and dispose of the existing tiles or finishes. Level the floor or surface (not exceeding 5 cm.), lay tiles, grout floor, and remove the excess afterwards.
- Before performing tile installtion for an area of more than 10 sq.m, tile laying for repeating patterns, or bathroom tile installation, the area inspection must be carried out first.
- Service fee rate for an area not exceeding 1 sq.m is considered as the same rate of 1 sq.m.
- In case of additional standard equipment is given for free along with product and used for installation according to actual number of use and area, there is no labor fee charge.
- The company reserves the right to hand over unused tools, equipment, or items. Please note that unused items cannot be exchanged for cash or discount.
- Please read the product information and understand on-site installation procedure before making a purchase.
- The site must not be under maintenance. Please have the products prepared and ready for installation.
- In case the tile installation areas have high moisture and a high risk of leakage, such as balconies, bathrooms on second floor and above, or areas next to a bathroom, waterproof sealant application is recommended.
- Utilities expense, parking fee, inquiry of permits, and security deposit/damage deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer prior to installation.
- Please make a postponement for 2 days in advance before the scheduled date. In case the service cannot be provided due to inoperable work area or postponement without advanced notice, 300 baht/ job would be additionally charged as transportation cost.
- 180-Day warranty is included. Warranty commences from the completion date of installation service.
