What customers will receive

  • Service fee includes labor cost only.
  • 180 days warranty

  • Installation equipment/product shall be prepared by customer

The service will be carried and performed in accordance to trusted and high-standard procedures by qualified technical teams of experts. Rest assured, you will receive premium service with satisfying results.

Service Procedures

  1. Determine the appropriate position/location for installation
  2. Perform marking the spots for drilling holes and secure points
  3. Install the wall cabinet and assure secure fixation
  4. Hand over to customer along with providing guidelines and usage recommendation

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
    • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
    • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
    • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  4. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or individual on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.   
  5. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
