MULTIPURPOSE PRIMER TOA HYDRO QUICK 15LThis water-based multi-purpose primer is ideal for both interior and exterior applications on fresh, new, and old concrete surfaces. This specially formulated primer dries two times faster than oil-based ones. Protection against alkalinity and salt is offered along with mold and fungus resistance. Wall Shield technology features Nano molecules for strengthened surface adhesion and excellent hiding power. The product is suitable for any buildings that are required as Green Building.

Product Usage
The surface should be clean and free from dust and contaminants. Apply 2 coats and leave 2 hours between each coat.

Use of personal protective equipment is recommended to prevent skin irritation. In case of direct physical contact, rinse with plenty of clean water immediately.
