The LED track light comes in the full set that is ready to install in any place. The light is made of steel for durability and able to directly install without requiring the transformer. The 7W LED diffuses the light on the particular spot with the approximate lifetime of 20,000 hours. Floodlight installation service from HomePro will be performed by a team of technical experts who have passed the training from the Department of Skill Development. The well-equipped technicians aim to carry out all service procedures with the utmost delicacy to ensure the most satisfying result for you.

Service Procedures

  1. Carry out inspection to determine the appropriateness for installation of floodlight
  2. Cover the surrounding areas including floor, wall and ceiling
  3. Remove the existing floodlight (in case of replacement)
  4. Install or replace the new floodlight
  5. Install the electrical system
  6. Inspect the electrical system
  7. Run the operation test after installation
  8. Tidy up around the worksite and hand over the successful job to the customer along with providing suggestions and maintenance guidelines                               

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
  • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
  • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
  • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  1. In case the worksite height exceeds 3 meters, an additional charge of scaffolding will be applied.
  2. In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
  3. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
  4. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
