It also offers protection against electric shock, short circuits, and direct contact with live wires, while also guarding against dust and moisture, significantly extending the bulb's lifespan. Perfect for any room, it's easy to install and clean, and can directly replace old circular neon lamps without needing to rewire your electrical system.

What customers will receive

  • Servicing for replacing socket, switch, bulb or installing new ones in place of the old one, where the electrical wiring has been pre-installed.
  • Service fee includes labor cost only.

  • Customer shall prepare the necessary product and equipment set beforehand.

Servicing for replacing and installing sockets, switches and light bulbs or installing new ones in place of the old one from HomePro, one of the best services out there, is carried and performed by qualified technical teams of experts that has passed training from Department of skill Development. Essential tools and care in every step are provided throughout the servicing. Technicians with high expertise in this particular field and standard service procedures promise a worthwhile servicing.

Service Procedures

  1. Carry out inspection to determine the appropriateness for replacement and installation of sockets, switches and light bulbs with the existing electrical system
  2. Apply protective layering on ceiling, floor and wall
  3. Remove existing sockets, switches and light bulbs (In case of replacement)
  4. Perform installation or replacement of sockets, switches and light bulbs
  5. Inspect the electrical system
  6. Run post-inspection after the installation
  7. Tidy up around the worksite and hand over the successful job to the customer along with providing suggestions and maintenance guidelines

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
    • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
    • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
    • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date.
  4. In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
  5. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
  6. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
