Having your washing machine wrongly or improperly installed would result in malfunctions of the machine itself, such as a control panel being damaged if a washing machine is exposed to direct sunlight, discoloration of the machine’s body, or leaks that is a result from placing the machine on an uneven or rough surface. Therefore, washing machine installation should be handled with delicacy and expertise by professional technicians. Home Service by Homepro proudly offers you our washing machine installation service. Our team of certified technicians, with criminal records carefully checked, will professionally help you to get your washing machine properly installed. 

Service Procedures

  1. Inspect and recommend the areas or positions of installation.
  2. Remove the existing washing machine (in case of replacement)
  3. Properly install the washing machine along with new wiring and waterworks connection, using included standard tools.
  4. Recheck and run the operation test after installation
  5. Hand over the completed work to the customer along with providing suggestions and guidelines.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
  • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
  • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
  • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  1. In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
  2. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
  3. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
