What customers will receive

  • Servicing for rack/shelf installation in desired areas
  • Service fee includes labor cost only.
  • 180-Day warranty
  • Servicing duration: 30-40 minutes (depending on the installation area)
  • Customer shall prepare the necessary product and equipment set for installation.

This rack/shelf installation is carried and performed by qualified technical teams of experts. The teams have passed high-standard job training and been certified with a certification of interior electrician to ensure and guarantee you of our excellent service performances and safe service procedures.

Service Procedure

  1. Inspect and recommend the areas or positions of installation
  2. Remove the old rack/shelf (if exists)
  3. Inspect an equal drilling level and distance prior to installation
  4. Recheck and run post-inspection after installation
  5. Hand over the completed work to the customer as well as providing suggestions and guidelines.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
    • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
    • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
    • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  4. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
  5. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
