What customers will receive

  • Service for replacing downlights, wall scones, ceiling flush lights, street lights, or installing them in place of existing ones with pre-installed wiring
  • Service fee includes labor cost only.
  • 180-Day warranty
  • Servicing duration: 45 - 60 minutes
  • Customer shall prepare the necessary product and equipment set for installation beforehand.

Having a ceiling light fixture improperly installed or replaced may lead to serious electrical hazards. We would proudly like to introduce you high-standard installation service from HomePro. The service will be performed by our teams of expert technicians with criminal records carefully checked who have been certified for interior electrician skills and knowledge.

Service Procedure

  1. Inspect and recommend the areas or positions of installation
  2. Properly install the ceiling light along with surface electrical wiring according to the standard
  3. Recheck and run the operational test after installation
  4. Hand over the completed work to the customer along with providing suggestions and guidelines.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. The company reserves all rights to void the warranty under these following circumstances.
    • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
    • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
    • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  4. In case the worksite height exceeds 3 meters, an additional charge of scaffolding will be applied.
  5. In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
  6. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or individual on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required/requested by the customer.
  7. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
