Service Procedures

  1. Inspect the size of the existing frame with the new door to be installed.
  2. Remove the old door (demolition and disposal).
  3. Plane the new door up to 1 cm to fit the existing frame on-site using an electric planer (if applicable).
  4. This is the installation cost for synthetic wood doors (covering PVC / UPVC / HDF / Melamine / ABS / WPC materials).
  5. Install the doorknob on the door.
  6. Check the opening and closing of the door after installation.
  7. Provide usage instructions and hand over the work.

Terms and conditions

  1. Customers can change the service date at least 2 days in advance of the appointment.
  2. We guarantee damage resulting from the service, up to 2 times the service fee paid by the customer.
  3. The company reserves the right to warranty exclusions in the following cases:
    • The customer hires external individuals to service or repair the company's work.
    • The customer hires or allows the company's technicians to work without paying the service fee through the company.
    • Improper use/maintenance, accidents, or expired parts.
  4. In the case of extra equipment purchased by the customer, an installation fee of 50% of the equipment price will be charged.
  5. The service is complete when the customer or the customer's representative signs the work acceptance form. Any changes will incur additional service fees.
  6. Customers are responsible for providing security deposits, water and electricity costs, parking fees, and requesting permission to work with the juristic person.
