HITACHI’s automatic pump with inverter system is designed to provide constant water pressure. The product comes with DC motor for silent operation. The suction volume is 20% higher when compared to general pumps thanks to the motor. Apart from that, the housing is especially designed for installing in residential places.

What customers will receive

  • Service fee includes labor cost only.
  • 180-Day warranty
  • Installation duration: 45 - 60 minutes
  • Customer shall prepare electrical and plumbing system prior to installation.

We are dedicated to providing you with excellent service by professional technicians who have been trained by the Department of Skill Development, equipped with complete tools, and attentive to every step of the installation. Avoid unexpected costs with experienced professionals who have completed specialized courses and certifications, working with standard procedures, and providing care from the first step to the completion of the job.

Service Procedures

  1. Inspect the suitability and recommend the appropriate area for installing the water pump.
  2. Remove the existing above-ground water pump (in case of replacement).
  3. Replace the above-ground water pump, connecting to the water and electrical systems prepared by the customer (we do not install water pumps directly from the water supply pipe as this violates the terms of water usage of the Provincial Waterworks Authority).
  4. Check the operation of the system after installation is complete.
  5. Provide usage instructions and handover the work.

Term and Conditions

  1. Customers can reschedule the service appointment 2 days in advance.
  2. We guarantee damages resulting from the service, up to 2 times the service fee paid by the customer.
  3. The company reserves the right to warranty in the following cases:
    • The customer hires a third party to service or repair the company's work.
    • The customer hires or allows the company's technicians to work without paying the service fee through the company.
    • Improper use/maintenance, accidents, or expired equipment/spare parts.
  4. In the case of excess equipment purchased by the customer, a 50% installation fee of the equipment price will be charged.
  5. The service is complete when the customer or their representative signs the work acceptance form. Any changes required after that will incur additional charges.
  6. Customers are responsible for security deposits, water and electricity fees, parking fees, and obtaining permission to work with the juristic person.
