MAZUMA MAGNETIC ALKALINE water purification system is designed to enhance your body immune system by adjusting pH balance and neutralize acidity in your body. This purifier is ideal for all residences and commercial facilities, including restaurants and cafes. Without any electrical power required, installation on a countertop is easy and hassle-free. MAZUMA water purification system features 6 filtration stages which are

  • 1st stage: Cation Exchange Resin: Filters out limestone and reduces water hardness to prevent calculi, improving the taste of water
  • 2nd stage: Ceramic: Removes bacteria, particles, viruses, and variety of contaminants down to 0.5 micron
  • 3rd stage: Alkaline/Hydrogen Inducing Filter with Carbon Block: Removes sediments, colors, odors, chlorine, and tastes while also enhancing water alkalinity
  • 4th stage: High Capacity Carbon Block + Mineral Material: Traps heavy metals (KDF) and maintains various essential minerals such as coral, mineral stones, and others
  • 5th stage: Energy Field: Splits water molecules by the rotor spinning
  • 6th stage: Magnetic Field: Arranges negative ions (-) of minerals in water which are vital for antioxidation in your body

This water filtration system installation service (new electrical and plumbing routing excluded) from Home Service by Homepro helps you to obtain clean and hygienic water for drinking or household consumption. With our 180-day service warranty, you won’t have to worry about post-installation problems, such as leaks, reserve flow, or below-standard installation. Our team of certified technicians, with criminal records carefully checked, will professionally help you to get your water heater properly installed. 

Service Procedures:

  1. Inspect and recommend the areas or positions of installation
  2. Properly install the water filtration system to the existing connections of water supply and power source.
  3. Recheck and run the operation test after installation
  4. Hand over the completed work to the customer along with providing suggestions and guidelines.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
    • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
    • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
    • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  4. In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
  5. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.   
  6. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
