Service Procedures

  1. Determine the ideal positioning/spacing for installation to achieve secure and sturdy fixation
  2. Assemble the prefabricated awning
  3. Place the product against the wall to mark fixation points
  4. Drill holes according to the marked locations
  5. Install the awning and securely fixed with screws and nuts
  6. Caulk with silicone and tidy up the work site
  7. Hand over the completed work to customer

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. If the installation site requires electrical work, an additional service fee will be charged.
  4. The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
    • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
    • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
    • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  5. In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
  6. This service fee covers installations at a height of up to 3 meters. For sites higher than 3 meters requiring scaffolding, additional charges will apply:
    • For heights of 3.01 m to 5 m, there is an additional charge of 2,000 THB.
    • For heights of 5.01 m to 8 m, there is an additional charge of 3,000 THB.
  7. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.   
  8. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
