2. Eligible trade-in must be in the following list:

5.1. Customers can bring old items to HomePro to receive a HomePro Wallet at any HomePro or Mega Home branch nationwide.
Exceptions:
5.2. The company reserves the right to cancel the HomePro Wallet exchange privilege for customers who fail to deliver old items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
5.3. The Trade-in for a Better Life campaign, the company reserves the right to deny the return of old products after they have been handed over. The products will be properly processed and recycled to create Circular Products.
5.4. We reserve the right not to grant a discount in the form of a HomePro Wallet if the type of product delivered does not match the type of product specified by the customer.

Remarks
- For faucet and shower products, installation and expansion drilling costs are not included. Customers can purchase installation and expansion drilling services according to HomePro standards, and removal of old products is free of charge. HomePro's technician will remove the old products on the installation day.
- In cases where the installation point and removal point are not the same, customers will be responsible for additional removal expenses according to Homepro policy (for more details on the installation terms, please review the product detail page).
