2. Only 24-31 July 2026 customers may trade in the old items listed below for new plumbing products.

Fans (ceiling fans, wall-mounted fans, stand fans, air coolers, and industrial fans)
2.1 Fan eligible for trade-in for discounts must be electric-operated and must have 12 inch or above.
2.2 Old Fan that are exchanged must be prepared in a ready-to-lift condition. There is no service for dismantling, removal, assembling, or keeping any work site.

Remarks
- Products in the automatic pump category include free jump-style installation (960 THB), excluding equipment. The HomePro technician team will remove old products free of charge on the day of delivery. In cases requiring water or electrical system adjustments, or if additional equipment beyond HomePro's standard installation scope is required, there may be additional charges (for details, please refer to the product page).
- Products in the water purifier category, there's a free installation. The HomePro technician will remove the old water purifiers for free on the day of delivery.
- Products in the Shower/Water Heater category, there's a free jump-style installation (500 THB) excluding equipment. The HomePro technicians team, will remove old products free of charge on the day of delivery. In cases where there's a need to adjust the water or electrical systems, or if additional equipment beyond HomePro's standard installation scope is required, there may be additional charges (for more details on the installation terms, please review the product detail page).
- Products in the boiler category, there's a free jump-style installation (800 THB) excluding equipment. The HomePro technicians team, will remove old products free of charge on the day of delivery.
