What customers will receive

  • Servicing for cut-out installation service, assuming your existing electrical system is ready for installation.
  • Service fee includes labor cost and standard equipment, such as electric wires determined by the company.
  • 180 days warranty in case of damage resulting from installation.
  • Servicing duration: 30-45 minutes
  • Customers shall prepare the electrical cut-out.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the service in case the technician assesses that there may be a risk of damage during the service.

To make your home safer with cut-out installation service, an essential device that helps prevent short circuits and overcurrent, which could lead to danger or property damage. Our service is standardized with a professional and experienced team of technicians who have undergone criminal background checks. Feel even more at ease with a post-installation warranty.

Service Procedures

  1. Assess your electrical system and recommend the installation area.
  2. Protect your floors and walls.
  3. Dismantle your old circuit breaker (if replacing).
  4. Professionally install your new circuit breaker.
  5. Inspect the electrical system.
  6. Test the circuit breaker after installation to ensure proper function.
  7. Clean the area, hand over the completed job, and provide maintenance tips.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
    • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
    • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
    • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  4. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
  5. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
