  • Service fee includes labor cost only.

  • Customer shall prepare electrical and plumbing system prior to installation.

We are dedicated to providing you with excellent service by professional technicians who have been trained by the Department of Skill Development, equipped with complete tools, and attentive to every step of the installation. Avoid unexpected costs with experienced professionals who have completed specialized courses and certifications, working with standard procedures, and providing care from the first step to the completion of the job.

Service Procedures

  1. Inspect the suitability and recommend the appropriate area for installing the water pump.
  2. Remove the existing above-ground water pump (in case of replacement).
  3. Replace the above-ground water pump, connecting to the water and electrical systems prepared by the customer (we do not install water pumps directly from the water supply pipe as this violates the terms of water usage of the Provincial Waterworks Authority).
  4. Check the operation of the system after installation is complete.
  5. Provide usage instructions and handover the work.

Term and Conditions

  1. Customers can reschedule the service appointment 2 days in advance.
  2. We guarantee damages resulting from the service, up to 2 times the service fee paid by the customer.
  3. The company reserves the right to warranty in the following cases:
    • The customer hires a third party to service or repair the company's work.
    • The customer hires or allows the company's technicians to work without paying the service fee through the company.
    • Improper use/maintenance, accidents, or expired equipment/spare parts.
  4. In the case of excess equipment purchased by the customer, a 50% installation fee of the equipment price will be charged.
  5. The service is complete when the customer or their representative signs the work acceptance form. Any changes required after that will incur additional charges.
  6. Customers are responsible for security deposits, water and electricity fees, parking fees, and obtaining permission to work with the juristic person.

  • Service fee includes labor cost and installation equipment such as electrical wire, ground wire, and PVC pipe determined by the company.
  • 180-Day warranty
  • Installation duration: 45 - 60 minutes
  • Customer shall prepare water pump, water storage tank, and installation equipment.

Having your water pump or water storage tank wrongly or improperly installed by unprofessional technicians would result in malfunctions such as problems from false electrical system and leaks from insecure water connection. Therefore, water pump or water storage tank installation should be handled with delicacy and expertise by professional technicians. Homepro proudly offers you our water pump or water storage tank installation service. Our team of certified technicians, with criminal records carefully checked, will professionally help you to get your product properly installed.

Service Procedures:

  1. Inspect and recommend the areas or positions of installation such as easily accessible areas for convenient maintenance/servicing or the potential spots of convenient connection of power source and water system.
  2. Properly install the water pump or water storage tank along with providing new wiring and waterworks installation, using high-standard tools.
  3. Recheck and run the operation test after installation
  4. Hand over the completed work to the customer along with providing suggestions and guidelines.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. The company reserves all rights to preclude these following circumstances.
    • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
    • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
    • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  4. In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
  5. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or individual on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
  6. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
