Service Procedures

  1. Inspect the compatibility of the electrical system and recommend the suitable product
  2. Layer protective sheet on walls and floors
  3. Remove the existing consumer unit (in case of replacement)
  4. Install the consumer unit
  5. Recheck the electrical system
  6. Run post-installation test to assure proper working condition
  7. Tidy up the work area, hand over the completed job to customer along with provide compelling suggestion and maintenance guidelines.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
    • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
    • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
    • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  4. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
  5. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
