The service will be carried and performed in accordance to trusted and high-standard procedures by qualified technical teams of experts. Rest assured, you will receive premium service with satisfying results.

Service Procedures

  1. Inspect and recommend the areas or positions of installation
  2. Remove the old toilet bowl/toilet
  3. Install the new toilet bowl/toilet with rinsing spray to the existing water connection
  4. Recheck and run the test after installation
  5. Hand over the completed work to the customer along with providing suggestions and guidelines.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
    • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
    • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
    • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date.
  4. In case of additional equipment provided by the customer, 50% of their total price or value will be additionally charged as the labor cost.
  5. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or individual on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.   
  6. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.

2. HomePro offers a free dismantle and remove service for old pump for proper disposal waste management. This service is exclusively available for customers who purchase new automatic water pumps and use HomePro’s installation service. Customers can request the removal of their old pump at the point of sale.
3. The products used for handover to HomePro must have all original components, both internal and external, regardless of their functional state.

  • Deliver to all areas in Bangkok and metropolitan area.
  • Delivery service is not available in further area exceeding 40 kilometers from provincial stores.
