For indoor use only Do not use it as floor tile.
Product Tips
It is recommended to purchase additionally 5-10% of the total usage amount for future renovation. Use tiles from multiple packages for color balance and leave 2-3 mm. spacing between each tile.
Cautions
Please review information such as shades, series, and size before installation. Always make sure that the surface is even and flat, if not then surface leveling will be required. Mix the mortar with waterproof liquid to grout in order to prevent dampness and humidity. Allow the leveled surface to dry at least 3-4 weeks before installation. Do not use any acidic-alkaline based or strong chemical agents to clean the product. If any defect is found, stop the installation and contact your dealer immediately. The company shall not be responsible under any circumstances for damages from not following the stated instructions.

- Remove and dispose of the existing tiles or finishes. Level the floor or surface (not exceeding 5 cm.), lay tiles, grout floor, and remove the excess afterwards.
- Before performing tile installtion for an area of more than 10 sq.m, tile laying for repeating patterns, or bathroom tile installation, the area inspection must be carried out first.
- Service fee rate for an area not exceeding 1 sq.m is considered as the same rate of 1 sq.m.
- In case of additional standard equipment is given for free along with product and used for installation according to actual number of use and area, there is no labor fee charge.
- The company reserves the right to hand over unused tools, equipment, or items. Please note that unused items cannot be exchanged for cash or discount.
- Please read the product information and understand on-site installation procedure before making a purchase.
- The site must not be under maintenance. Please have the products prepared and ready for installation.
- In case the tile installation areas have high moisture and a high risk of leakage, such as balconies, bathrooms on second floor and above, or areas next to a bathroom, waterproof sealant application is recommended.
- Utilities expense, parking fee, inquiry of permits, and security deposit/damage deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer prior to installation.
- Please make a postponement for 2 days in advance before the scheduled date. In case the service cannot be provided due to inoperable work area or postponement without advanced notice, 300 baht/ job would be additionally charged as transportation cost.
- 180-Day warranty is included. Warranty commences from the completion date of installation service.
- he company reserves the right to reject return/exchange/refund for the products/items that have been already installed, deteriorate due to usage, or are contained in a teared package.
- The company shall be responsible for only the liability coverage of the actual damages incurred but limited to the twice of the specific service fee.

- - Customer hires a third party to install, fix, alter, or modify the works of the company and the warranty will be invalidated immediately.
