TILE ADHESIVE JORAKAY EXPRESS 20KGThis 20 kg Express Jorakay tile adhesive is a fast setting polymer-modified mortar which is set and ready for impact within 6- 8 hours, perfect for repairing, and installing tiles. With its high elasticity, the tile adhesive is suitable for all types of tile for installation over old existing tiles, and for express projects both interior and exterior applcations.
Properties

Product Usage
Spread mortar with flat side of trowel to key-in substrate, and then apply additional mortar to ensure that it cover 100% at the back of tile. After placing tile on the prepared surface, slide it orthogonally to the notched lines and tap in order to maximize bonding.
Product Tips
For the best result, choose the proper type of adhesive to suit each type of tiles All surfaces on which tile is to be set must be dry, structurally sound, free of all grease, oil, dirt, dust, curing compounds, sealers, coating, efflorescence, old adhesive residues, gypsum based underlayment and any other foreign matter.
Cautions
A minimum cure is obtained in 24 hours, depending on ambient temperatures. May be harmful to eyes, skin, or lungs. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice. |
