The inside is coated with POLY-FLON which is a special technology from SHARP. In addition, it comes with a reboil accelerator button with 100 degrees Celsius. The water level should be at Full and Refill always. Do not submerge or pour water on the product. The lid should be close tightly while operating. Do not use steel wool to clean the product.
