MANUFACTURED STONE BRICK LEGEND STONE UB-102 CLASSIC BRICKDecorate your living space with this manufactured stone brick that will enhance your home with its realistic stone look. This manufactured stone brick is specially produced in the resin mold which is made from premium MRU compound material from USA that gives the look and feel of natural rock. It is light weight, easy to clean, and easy to install so it helps you save much cost and time. Plus, it keeps the building cool during hot weather and resists to all weather and mold, making it is great for both interior and exterior wall applications.
Properties
Lightweight, easy to install and highly resistant to mould The premium Oxide Pigment offers excellent tinting strength and color consistency even after cutting. Keeps the building cool during hot weather. This manufactured stone brick is specially produced in the resin mold which is made from premium MRU compound material from USA that gives the look and feel of natural rock. With the premium Oxide Pigment that offers excellent tinting strength and color consistency. Manufactured brick is recommended for less than 5 sq.m. area. Great for both interior and exterior application with narrow lines for seamless look or wide lines. For exterior application leave space between each brick. Package contents: 88 pieces per a box (coverage area: for narrow lines 0.90 sq.m, for 1 cm joint 1.1 sq.m per box)

- Remove and dispose of the existing tiles or finishes. Level the floor or surface (not exceeding 5 cm.), lay tiles, grout floor, and remove the excess afterwards.
- Before performing tile installtion for an area of more than 10 sq.m, tile laying for repeating patterns, or bathroom tile installation, the area inspection must be carried out first.
- Service fee rate for an area not exceeding 1 sq.m is considered as the same rate of 1 sq.m.
- In case of additional standard equipment is given for free along with product and used for installation according to actual number of use and area, there is no labor fee charge.
- The company reserves the right to hand over unused tools, equipment, or items. Please note that unused items cannot be exchanged for cash or discount.
- Please read the product information and understand on-site installation procedure before making a purchase.
- The site must not be under maintenance. Please have the products prepared and ready for installation.
- In case the tile installation areas have high moisture and a high risk of leakage, such as balconies, bathrooms on second floor and above, or areas next to a bathroom, waterproof sealant application is recommended.
- Utilities expense, parking fee, inquiry of permits, and security deposit/damage deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer prior to installation.
- Please make a postponement for 2 days in advance before the scheduled date. In case the service cannot be provided due to inoperable work area or postponement without advanced notice, 300 baht/ job would be additionally charged as transportation cost.
- 180-Day warranty is included. Warranty commences from the completion date of installation service.
- he company reserves the right to reject return/exchange/refund for the products/items that have been already installed, deteriorate due to usage, or are contained in a teared package.
- The company shall be responsible for only the liability coverage of the actual damages incurred but limited to the twice of the specific service fee.

- - Customer hires a third party to install, fix, alter, or modify the works of the company and the warranty will be invalidated immediately.
- - Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without paying the service fee.
- - Contributing factors and structural collapses at the worksite.
