PREMIUM PLUS JORAKAY’s tile grout is made from Portland cement and special additives; Latex Polymers for greater durability and bonding strength without cracking or shrinkage while leaving no unpleasant odor. This tile grout is designed for all types of tiles over a variety of substrates including exterior and interior installations with up to 7 mm joint width. Plus, the hydrophobic substances are added to enhance the protective properties to inhibit the growth of black fungus for easy maintenance and cleaning.

Proportion of mixing:

• Mix 1 kg of grout powder with 0.34 liters of clean water,
• Or 3 parts of grout to 1 part of water (by volume).

Mixing procedure:

• Add the grout into the water and mix well by hand or low speed drill.
• Allow the grout to slake for 5 minutes, then remix. The mix should be stirred intermittently during application.
• Do not add water or grout after this point. If the grout has become too stiff to work, discard it and make a new batch.

Application:

1. Apply Grout all areas by filling the joints with grout, then using a rubber face trowel and working diagonally across the grout joints. Remove all excess grout with the trowel.
2. Leave until curing and clean tile surfaces with wet sponge and clean cloth.
