ACRYLIC SKIM COAT TOA 101 DECORPLAST 4KGAcrylic skim coat from TOA is a special acrylic mixed with cement for thin plastering on concrete. The product is applied for smoothening surface, covering crack and pore. It readies the surface for further jobs such as decorating or painting. On top of that, this decorplast is highly adhesive with surface. Thanks to that, it is ideal for interior and exterior applications on walls and ceilings.
