WATER-BASED EXTERIOR PAINT SEMI-GLOSS TOA 4 SEASONS ADVANCE BASE A 2.5GALTOA’s exterior water-based paint is made of highly formulated acrylic emulsion for both exterior and interior application. The paint film is easy to clean or wash and resistant to abrasion. Long-lasting beauty is offered without flaking, peeling, or dampness accumulation. As it is free from any added lead and mercury, the paint is totally safe and harmless to humans. Thanks to its special additives, the painted surface will be able to withstand harsh tropical weather conditions as well as resisting to alkaline, mold, and fungus. It is ideal for application on various surfaces such as plaster, concrete, brick, tile and gypsum board.

Reflects up to 95% of heat, helping to reduce the surface temperature for 12%. 4 times more resistant to harsh weather conditions than any other general paints. Harmless and environmental friendly as the paint is free from added lead and mercury.
Product Usage
The surface should be dry and free from dust and grease prior to application. After the first coat, leave 2 hours prior to application of the second coat.

Please read the instructions carefully. Use of personal protective equipment is recommended to prevent skin irritation.
Cautions
Do not modify or misuse the product. Do not use any acidic-alkaline agents to clean the product. Keep in a dry place and out of reach of children. Keep away from all sources of heat and flame. Do not expose to sunlight as it may cause the paint to solidify. Painting tools should be cleaned immediately after use. In case of direct skin contact, immediately rinse with plenty of clean water to prevent skin irritation. |
