If you need an outdoor canopy installed by professional and experienced technicians, we provide expert installation to ensure safety and durability. Our service includes securely anchoring the canopy legs by drilling into the ground, enhancing stability and longevity.

Service Procedures

  1. Assess the installation site and recommend a suitable location for the canopy.
  2. Assemble the canopy and securely anchor its legs to the ground using standard fastening equipment.
  3. Inspect the installation to ensure accuracy and safety.
  4. Provide usage guidance and hand over the completed installation to the customer.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rescheduling/alteration of the servicing date can be feasible at least 2 days prior to the servicing date.
  2. Liability coverage for any possible damages of items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to the twice amount of the service fee.
  3. Installation cannot be carried out on uneven or sloped surfaces, as setting up a canopy in such areas may result in instability or potential damage.
  4. The company reserves all rights to preclude these flowing circumstances.
    • Customer hires third party/unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the works of the company.
    • Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.
    • Improper usage/maintenance, accidents or parts that exceed expiration date
  5. Service completion will be deemed final once the customer or induvial on behalf of the customer signs for the completion of service acceptance. There shall be additional charges for any further changes required by the customer.
  6. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
