Qualification Criteria for Receiving the Discount
1. Eligible products for discounted exchanges do not need to be of the same type. However, they must be products listed within the category of the large electrical appliances
  1.1.TV (CRT , LCD , LED , OLED , QLED, Nano Cell, Plasma)
    1.1.1. Televisions that can be traded in for a discount must be at least 14 inches in size.
    1.1.2. Televisions traded in for a discount must have a built-in signal receiver
    1.1.3. Monitor screens or computer screens are not accepted for trade-in.

  1.2. Refrigerators/Freezers (One-door refrigerators, Two-doors refrigerators, Three-doors refrigerators, Side by side refrigerators, Built-in refrigerators, Multi-door refrigerators, reezers, Beverage coolers)
    1.2.1. Refrigerators/Freezers eligible for trade-in must be at least 1.7 cubic feet or larger.
    1.2.2. Refrigerators or freezers eligible for trade-in must have a circuit board and compressor.
    1.2.3. Refrigerators or freezers eligible for trade-in must have an intact body and door.
    1.2.4. Trade-in refrigerators and freezers must not be the trademark-contained commercial products.

  1.3. Washer/Dryers (Top load washers,Front load washers, Twin tube washers, All-in-one washer and dryers, Coin-operated washing machine, Top load dryers, Front load dryers)
    1.3.1. Washing machines or dryers eligible for trade-in must have a capacity of at least 5 kilograms or more.
    1.3.2. Washing machines or dryers traded in for a discount must include both a motor and a washing drum.

  1.4. Air Conditioners. (Wall air conditioners, Celling air conditioners, Floor standing air conditioners, Cassette air conditioners)
    1.4.1. Air conditioners traded in for a discount must have a capacity of at least 9,000 BTU.
    1.4.2. Portable air conditioners (moveable) are not eligible for trade-in discounts.
    1.4.3. Eligible trade-in air conditioners must have an electrical circuit board and built-in compresser intact.
    1.4.4. Air conditioners traded in for a discount must include the air mask and the coil cover panel.

2. The products used for the trade-in must have all original components, both internal and external, regardless of their functional state.
3. We reserve the right to cancel the sale of products if the type of product delivered does not match the type of product notified by the customer at the point of sale.
