LACQUER TOA T-5500 MATT 1GALTOA matt lacquer features a clear, fast-drying film to clearly reveal the wood pattern. The lacquer film is resistant to scratch and provides strong surface adhesion. This lacquer is ideal for applications in interior woodworking and furniture making, both real wood and plywood, such as closets, cabinets, tables, chairs, shelves. (Not suitable for interior wood flooring.)
Properties
Made from nitrocellulose resin and bio-based plasticizers, it provides a fast-drying color film that sets quickly, resulting in a smooth, matt finish Flexible color film reduces cracking in the paint film and is transparent, allowing the wood grain to be clearly visible. High pigment volume and high concentration provide extensive coverage, making it suitable for woodworking and furniture that aims to showcase the wood grain. Meets the EN71 safety standard from Europe (free from 8 types of hazardous heavy metals)
Product Usage
For application on wooden pieces and furniture that require wood pattern to be shown, such as tables, cabinets, beds, chairs, etc. Apply or spray 2-3 coats after the prior coat is completely dry. The surface should be dry and free from dust and grease prior to application.

Cautions
Do not modify or misuse the product. Do not use any acidic-alkaline agents to clean the product. Transfer or move with caution and use of protective equipment is highly recommended. Keep in dry and well-ventilated area and out of reach of children. Do not expose to direct sunlight for too long as it may cause damages to the product. Do not ingest or inhale. In case of irritation, rinse with clean water immediately. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water and seek the doctor immediately. |
